Legal Notice & Disclaimers.
1. Liquor Licensing & "Dry Hire" Policy
The Pour Collective operates as a "Dry Hire" service provider. In accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT), we do not hold a retail liquor license and do not sell, or provide for purchase, any alcoholic beverages. All alcohol for your event must be purchased by the host or a third-party licensed caterer. The Pour Collective provides professional mixology services, bar styling, and non-alcoholic ingredients only. The Host assumes all ownership and liability for the alcohol on-site.
2. Responsible Service of Alcohol
While we strive to provide an elevated social experience, the safety of your guests is our priority.
Our mixologists are TIPS or RAMP certified (or equivalent).
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated or is unable to provide valid legal identification proving they are 21 years of age or older.
We do not promote excessive consumption.
3. Limitation of Liability
By engaging the services of The Pour Collective, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pour Collective LLC, its owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the consumption of alcohol provided by the client or third parties. We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance; however, the ultimate responsibility for the conduct and safety of guests remains with the event host.
